Registered Accounts: If you choose to create an account to sync your data across devices, we collect your:

• Email Address: Used for account authentication, password recovery, and secure cloud synchronization via Firebase.

Guest Mode: If you use the app as a Guest, we do not collect your name or email address.

B. Session & Wellness Data

We collect data related to your detox sessions to help you track your progress:

• Activity Details: The type of activity (e.g., Reading, Meditation, Exercise).
• Mood: Your self-reported mood during or after a session.
• Notes: Any text entries you choose to add to a session.
• Timestamps: Start and end times of your sessions to calculate duration and streaks.
• Progress Metrics: Daily goal settings and achievement milestones.

C. Usage Data

We store your preferences, such as:

• Theme Selection: Which visual theme you prefer (Light, Dark, Ocean, etc.).
• Notification Settings: Your preferences for reminders and alerts.

2. How We Store Your Data

• Local Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device for immediate access and offline usage.
• Cloud Storage: For registered users, your data is securely synchronized with Google Firebase (Firestore and Auth).
• Guest Mode: If you use the app as a Guest, your data is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit or store your session data on our servers in Guest Mode.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Provide and maintain the service (session tracking, charts, and stats).
• Calculate achievements and streaks.
• Send local or push notifications.
• Secure your account and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Google Firebase for authentication and database services.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

• Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile and session history in the app.
• Data Deletion: You can delete individual sessions or your entire account at any time via the "Profile" settings.
